CASH BACK POLICY
If you have signed up with Voylla.com, you are eligible for 5% Cash Back for all purchases for Rs 500 and above.
The order value has to be Rs 500 after all the applicable discounts for 5% Cash Back to be applied to your order.
The Cash Back amount will keep accumulating in your account until the total Cash Back amount available to you exceeds Rs 100.
Once the Cash Back amount is more than Rs 100 in your account, it would be automatically applied to your next purchase of Rs 1000 and above.
You will be able to accrue the Cash Back and redeem it only for the purchases made through the registered account.
In case you do not accept the order or choose to return some of the jewelry, corresponding Cash Back accrued to your account will be deducted from your account.
The Cash Back amount will be available in your account only for 6 months from date of transaction. If the amount is not utilised within 6 months, it will be automatically deducted from your account.
The Cash Back amount in your account can only be used for discount against orders on voylla.com and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other offer.

CASH IN ACCOUNT CREDIT AND REDEMPTION POLICY
Cash in Account amount denotes the total of all the money given and redeemed for a user's account under promotional policies.
Discount equivalent to Cash in Account amount will be automatically applied to your order amount if the order value is Rs. 1000 or more.
For checking the Cash in Account details, registered users need to login and go to "Personal Details" section here: https://www.voylla.com/login#profile-tab. More details for each transaction will be available under "MY CASH" tab.
You will not be able to club the Cash in Account amount with any other promotional activities.
If more than Rs. 100 is available in your account only then you will be eligible for the redemption in your next order.

REFER & EARN POLICY
Under this promotional policy, registered users get a chance to earn by referring new users to register on www.voylla.com
Registered users can see the link which needs to be shared by logging into their Voylla account and visiting Refer & Earn tab. (http://www.voylla.com/account#profile-tab).
Each referred user will have to register and verify his email ID using the link shared through an email sent to registered email ID. Only verified referred users will add to the count to be considered in this promotion.
Voylla will keep a track of the new verified users registered using your referral link. Once the verified referred user count in your account crosses 10, Voylla will credit Rs 200 in your Voylla user account. For every 10 new verified registrations from your referral link, Rs 200 will be credited to your Voylla account. A single referrer can get upto Rs 2000 credit only.
After 5 new verified referral registrations, you will receive a notification mail. To keep a tab on the number of registered users with your referral link you can log into your account and click on the Refer & Earn tab.
The credited amount gets added to your Cash in Account. The total promotional amount received is visible in your account page. Please see “CASH IN ACCOUNT CREDIT AND REDEMPTION POLICY” for more details on how to redeem your accrued amount.
You cannot club the Refer & Earn amount with any other promotional activities.
